Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hi team,

in the Genesys Cloud UI there is a possibility to view the Billing & Usage (Account -> Subscription -> Billing & Usage).

Here under section 'AI Experience' we can see the number of included tokens and also used tokens for each sub-category.

The summary shows to cumulated data for whole billing period, which can be selected.

Question: How can we get the detailed tokens usage on daily base?

We know that there is an export of few reports (especially 'Current Usage Report' and 'Resources Usage Report') with some more or less useful data, but it does not provide any data for 'AI Experience Tokens Concurrent' to get or even calculate the daily based numbers.

If the daily breakdown for this specific AI token usage is not available in the current Billing & Usage reports or exports, I would recommend opening a Genesys Customer Care case to confirm whether this data is exposed anywhere today.

If Customer Care confirms that this level of detail is not currently available, I think it would be a good candidate for a Product Idea. Having daily AI token usage would be helpful for monitoring consumption, identifying trends, and forecasting usage more accurately.

@Miroslav Stupavský - For what it's worth, this idea has been merged with a larger usage & billing reporting idea, so hopefully we'll see this much needed visibility come to fruition within the year.
