  • 1.  Dashboard Creation Limit

    Hi guys, I hope you are all well.

    I have searched thru the older topics and haven't been able to find an answer to this scenario. 

    My company has hired a supervisor to create and maintain dashboards for our queues in Genesys Cloud.   I had no idea that there was a limit that a user can create.

    It appears that the limit is 20.  The problem is that we have over 200 queues that leadership wants dashboards for.   

    Do any of you know if (and how) this limit can be increased for the supervisor?

    I would open a ticket with Genesys.

    In my experience, most of these soft limits can be extended, if you can show reasonable justification.

    were you able to get the 20 limit increased, we have similar issues here, and I need to create more dashboards then the max limit?

    No Sir.  We ended up training several people on how to make dashboards.
