Not seeing this currently for our orgs however when this happens, you should submit a ticket to the Genesys Support team. In the past, reports of this symptom have continued and become an impact/outage for orgs in a particular AWS region. If you report it to Genesys, you may help them identify an issue early and prevent further impact to your orgs or others in the same AWS region.

Subject: Dashboard not reflecting the correct status for agents after they are online.
We gotten reports of dashboard status being inconsistent where it would show the agent status of being offline when they are not. When they notice this the agent has to logout and log back in for the status to be corrected. Has anyone gotten reports of this recently with the dashboard not showing the correct status for agent?
