For GenesysCloud I understand that a 'dashboard user' can be used to present a dashboard.

To display the dashboard on a Contact Centre wallboard/screen does the wallboard need to login to GenesysCloud? or would a smart TV accessing a url suffice?

For a contact centre with multiple panels/screens do we need a dashboard user per screen even when displaying the same dashboard contents across multiple screens?

@Tarquin Bell - For the first question, dashboard user needs to login to view the dashboard and for the second question, we strongly recommend one account per screen.

Hi Tarquin,

in addition to the former answers I should mention, that not every smart TV is capable of showing Genesys Dashboards. I had some troubles withe a newer generation of Samsung TVs, because they are using an own operations system, that is not allowing to download a compatible browser app. Their own browser was not compatible with genesys cloud dashboards.
