For GenesysCloud I understand that a 'dashboard user' can be used to present a dashboard.
To display the dashboard on a Contact Centre wallboard/screen does the wallboard need to login to GenesysCloud? or would a smart TV accessing a url suffice?
For a contact centre with multiple panels/screens do we need a dashboard user per screen even when displaying the same dashboard contents across multiple screens?
