Hello Jeffrey,
Thanks for the response.
We do have "Enable Inactivity Timeout" but this is set to 480 minutes (8 hours), as the account logs off after 24+ hours i ruled this out to be the issue.
I have tried a different account but that was with a setup of two displays connected to one machine, one screen had the login account that im currently using for this setup and the other screen had the new account, both accounts logged out at the same time. I will try with the new account the on current setup and see if it stays logged in.
Thanks,
Jashen

Hi Jashen,
We've also been trialling the PureInsights Dashboard, and had to move to a direct Genesys account/login (and not using Single Sign On) - this allowed us to keep the dashboard open and connected.
The only other things I can think of are:
- do you have the 'Enable Inactivity Timeout' setting turned on in your Admin > Organization Settings > Settings ?
- if you have multiple machines/displays, you may need to have separate accounts for each machine/display (and not both use the same account at the same time)
Cheers,
