2) is basically what 1) is all about. Right now you can only see dashboards you have created. No one else can see your dashboards, so users cannot have just View access...if they can't create Dashboards, they can't see any Dashboards. Without 1).

This is very relevant to our centre's interests at the moment. Just wondering if you could help with the below:
1) Do you have an idea of when the Public Dashboards may be deployed, if they are already underway?
2) Is there a permission where users can view dashboards only, but not create or edit them? We are hoping to use these dashboards across our centre, and while we will project them onto screens in our head office, a number of remote or at-home workers will need access to them, preferably through their usual PureCloud interface.

Would it be possible to copy or share a dashboard with other supervisors in PureCloud ?
In my case, I have created a dashboard with some metrics for some queues, and I would like the supervisor to have the same.
For now, the only solution is to create the same thing directly in his profile, but is there another way to avoid recreating it on each supervisor profile ?
