    As far as I can tell from the UI and help files you can only filter the dashboard by queues but it would be helpful to be able to do this by skills to avoid having to create too many permutations. 

    Is this something on the roadmap or is there perhaps an API?

    Hi Russell,

    Below is an idea I believe is what you are asking for, which we have accepted and plan to add to the roadmap. We are waiting on some backend work to be done first, so we don't have a date. If this matches your request, please vote on it and keep an eye on it for more information on dates and when it moves to In Progress. @Nikhil Ponnam is the PM for this feature, but is out of office this week.
