    we have a requirement to get exact failed conversation ID which are showing on "Data Action Performance" dashboard as error. we get failed number of all in 30 minute timeframe but it is not relating ANI or conversation ID. 

    Please share if it is possible to get exact conversation ID or ANI/DNIS of impacted call.

    Hi Pankaj,

    It doesn't look like it is possible to get the conversation ID for failures through the view as the data action is not provided the conversation when it is invoked.
