    Hi,

    Is it possible in Genesys Cloud to obtain the duration of the oldest waiting call on specific queue ? We need this information in Architect (IQF Flow) in order to compare this value for logical decision and routing behavior.

    Hi Mostafa_OUDDERHEM,

    The first step is coming up with a query that gathers the information you are looking for. I recommend working through that in the developer tools query builder. This has a table for developer tools in every region:

    I am in no way an expert, so if you can't figure out how to get the information you need I recommend opening a thread in the Analytics and Reporting room.
