When I first set the range to all of 2019, the view showed no data. I then drilled down to a single month to verify that tehre was data for the month. I then used the browser's Back button to go back to the full 2019 view, and the data was there:

You are correct.... I have performed the same exact steps and my screen is blanked...To retrieve the data, I have to pull the data month to month then export 12 excel files and then combined them as one.

Presuming you mean under Performance>Queues Activity>Performance tab, select the date range by clicking the date at the top and navigating the calendars.

You will need to give a bit more information regarding what you are trying to do. Some interfaces show shorter time ranges than others.
