I do not believe there is a history of the actual files and currently you would need to keep a copy of the file that was imported. I would recommend adding this to the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab if you feel this would be a useful feature to

Are data table import files stored anywhere within Genesys Cloud? The import history can be viewed from the Manage Imports view, but this only shows the status of the import and the number of rows updated. From an auditing perspective it would be good to see exactly what data was appended or replaced (previous value vs new value). Is there any way of getting this?
