    Hello,

    Could you help me design this call flow?

    first step: I get the DNIS
    second step: I compare this DNIS to a table already created using Data Table (store name <-> DNIS), the DNIS help me to find the name of the store, and knowing the store, I play a message to remind the opening hours (wav file)

    Hi Dan
    I'm sorry but it's no clear how architet loop up data from table.
    in data table creation I must define "Reference Key column" , that it cannot be a column's name value. 
    "Reference Key column" is the only input field that i can define in data table look up action, how I can define column where search the data?

    Architect shows the other fields of the data table row in the Found Outputs section.  You can add variables to the fields you plan on using.
