Hi Stephen
I don't know if you revealed all details in your post so this may be redundant, but there is an option to check if inbound email is auto-generated. There you may see details Configure inbound email settings - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
In architec, you can check it with built-in variable Email.Message.autoGenerate and than process it accordingly.
Also, you probably know that, but I could not see from your post that you tried, but in Architect flow you may check if Email.Message.subject contains some particular word that you keep in Data table, if you know that those replies that you get have some specific word, like "auto" or whatever.
Hope this help a little

Subject: Data table to delete emails by subject
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone has set up a data table to delete emails automatically by subject line? If so, can you assist with showing me how to do this?
We currently have some data tables set up to delete email by the sender address, both part and full, which work well. However, every month an automatic job goes out to all 2000+ customers and especially during the school breaks, the amount of auto replies which need to be deleted, 1 by 1 on certain days makes me want to cry into my 6am coffee.
I have asked Genesys about bulk assignment, deletion and wrap up (something which I think should be standard if all parameters are meant to be the same) but until this is added (hopefully anyway), the current process is go through all 140 emails, assign 1 by 1 and delete them all with the same same wrap up, 1 by 1.
I know there is a delete function using this interaction ID but again, this isn't quick and easy to do.
Hopefully someone can help! Many thanks.
Stephen
