  • 1.  Data Usage report - is it possible to alert or schedule this?

    Hi all,

    I know it is possible to download Data Usage reports from within Admin > Subscription.

    Does anyone know if it is possible to schedule these reports and also if it is possible to setup any alerts advising that you are close to hitting any data threshold limits?

    Hey Chris,

    I know that you can schedule a report to be exported after certain intervals, and that you can create rules to trigger an alert for different criteria, such as Users or Queue, but I do not believe that we have any functionality like what you are asking for above. 

    You may want to request that functionality in our Product Ideas Lab. Please let us know if you do submit a new idea!

    this is Olga Revilla from the UX Research team. We are looking to improve the Data Usage experience, and we would like to invite you to any of our two projects, a 45-minutes personal interview via Zoom or a 15-minute online survey.
