    Hello,

    i just trying to find a solution to disconnect a call (voice) in architect without voice connection. The best should be that the caller get a SIP Busy (486), so they can handle the call in another way. Is there a way to handle it or onyl via retransfer the call to another destination number?

    The only real way is to have a timeout on the transfer and assume that if you don't get a person within that time, it times out.  Unfortunately, voicemails might be caught as real persons anyway.    Also, there is an error that you can check for.
