It is not possible to delete chat message / clear all data , created a support request but deletion was not available yet. Is there already a way ?

No, there is no way to delete a message (unless you edit it and delete the content while the edit option is still available...for a minute after it was typed and before anyone replies).

 

You can delete media that was sent, but not the text of a message, after edit is no longer available.

Hi George, I have a customer that needs the chat history to be deleted every some period of time, do you now if this is possible now? I saw your answer but hopefuly in this 4 years that changed?

Hi George , thanks for your answer. It is clear for now but hopefully it will be possible soon or automatically after a time (seems now that it is kept forever)
