    Is it possible to automatically cancel/delete a contact from a contact list/campaign if an agent speaks to the caller on an inbound call?

    I would run a trigger on agent start and run a workflow that searches for the contact list and deletes the contact when found.  You will need 2 data actions for this.  The other option is to use the inbound flow to do the same just before transferring to the queue.

    Hi,
    We have a trigger to add to a DNC list calls with specific wrapup.
    These records have the expiration date the same day until 23:59:59 so the next day we can call again theses customers.
