Hi team

We have had interactions not wrap up and continue overnight and as a result, throw out our reporting.  Is there any way to either delete the interaction, modify the ACW or remove it from reporting?

Hi Michael,
You can try to use API "Update conversation participant" /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}

I suppose you are going to use Conversation Analytics API, so you can do filtering as well and ignore specific conversationId.
