    Hi All -

    Anyone seen an update on the ability to delete a Dashboard owned by another User?

    Particularly useful if the User leaves the company.

    Hi Malcom!

    Unfortunately there is no such ability at the moment. The only workaround is to change the person's password, login as him/her and then delete the dashboard.

    I think there was something about the dashboards on the Genesys Cloud roadmap and there are ideas on the Idea lab.

    This is definitely an oversight in my opinion that even the master admin cannot delete or change dashboards created by other users.

    When you delete the user from Genesys Cloud the dashboards are also deleted.

    I've seen a couple of ideas for dashboard enhancements.

    Hi Malcolm - @Jacqueline Minkler, @Nikhil Ponnam and I have started work with Development on a several Dashboard enhancements. Dashboard Admin will be a part of the 2nd half of this effort and we are gathering requirements on this, among other topics, over the next few weeks. Would you like us to reach out to you to discuss it further and get your input on the requirements?

    There is an API endpoint to soft-delete dashboards using the agents GUID.  You can execute it by logging into the developer tools and simply adding the userid. 

    /api/v2/analytics/reporting/dashboards/users/bulk/remove
