  • 1.  Deleting Activity Plans?

    Posted 08-29-2024 10:31

    Hi there!

I've watched the video in the Beyond Library, however I still can't find how I can delete an Activity Plan.

I can disable it - but I'd like it to be deleted completely.

When I made my first plan, I checked the box 'require a facilitator' - however after I ran that plan, I learned anyone who is not on queue will not be included in the plan.

We don't schedule our Supervisors at all and now I can't uncheck 'require a facilitator'. This plan has no purpose to my team now, so I'd like to remove it completely rather than make it inactive.

Does anyone know how to delete an activity plan, or if this is even possible? Could this be a permissions issue?

    Thank you!!

The Make Inactive is currently the only option. There was others that asked in another Community thread. I have asked Product Management to comment further on future plans to support Delete.

    Hi Jacqueline,

As Jay has said, the initial release only supports "Make Inactive". You can delete occurrences and their scheduled activities within an Activity Plan but the Plan itself can only be made inactive.

Adding the ability to delete an Activity Plan is something that we will be adding as part of the ongoing development and enhancement of Activity Plans.
For now, you can make up to 1500 Activity Plans inactive. If/When you reach this limit the system will automatically delete the oldest Activity Plan when a new Plan is made inactive.
