currently the delivery status for Open Messaging interactions is NOT tracked by Analytics API.

Even an agent can see a successful message delivery, via Analytics Workspace or via Analytics API this delivery state is not visible.

it seems to be still open for voting. But you may run out of voting points.
If I remember correct, everyone has a max. of 50 voting points (?).

I apologize for opening a thread within a thread, but once the limit of 50 votes has been reached, does it remain set for life? Shouldn't it be reset after a certain period of time (for example, at the end of the year)?

Hi Giuliano,

as for as I understood, the votes are getting available again with the GA release of an idea (or when removing the idea from the portal).

To speed up the process you can already remove your votes from ideas that are near before GA :-)
