  • 1.  Deprecation of API /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query on March 1st 2023

    The below API will be deprecated on 1st March 2023. We currently leverage this API to query conversation details between a given Interval for part of  a Last Agent Routing Implementation. Unfortunately, this will no longer be available from said date, is anyone aware of a replacement or alternative API that offers this functionality. 

    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query

    Can you get me the link to the depreciation announcement?  I don't see it on release notes or the developer site.

    Are you talking about the requirement to have interval information in the call?  This has been announced for many months.  The API will still work but you will need the interval information included in the body.  Also, there was a chance to just the jobs interface for data over 558 days, but that has been superseded.

    Hello Leigh,

    Using the jobs endpoint should provide the same functionality. The deprecation article provides information on said alternative. If you are experiencing issues with the alternative, do share it here so we can help to properly address them.
