    Canned reports will be fully deprecated September 20th, 2023. Here you will find instructions to replace the reports that are going away: Deprecation: Canned reports - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    The Global Digital Customer Success team plans to hold an "office hours" session to address any lingering questions you may have regarding this deprecation and the released replacements for it. Updates coming soon.

    Hi Antwuan,

    Actually after messing around with the Dialer Campaign Detailed Attempt History report replacement (Campaign Performance View - August 30 release notes), I noticed that not all attempts are shown.

    Previously, the report would record all attempts for a contact, now there are only single entries. I know I can add an extra column to show the number of outbound attempts but it is not the same (you can't see for example when the second attempt occurred and how long it lasted).

    In addition, there is a limit to the number of campaigns you can select (maximum 50) in the Campaign Performance View. Can this be changed? Previously, there was no limit as far as I know.

    @Charis Sideridis - To get to the detailed attempt history that shows each data corresponding to each attempt, the following option on the export panel needs to be selected. There was an issue reported recently that this option wasn't exporting all the attempts, which we are actively working on resolving but this is the equivalent to the detailed attempt history report. Regarding the limit of 50 campaigns, this is put in place for optimized performance of the exports as well as group-level data display on the UI. We are planning to increase this to 100 in future.
