Hello Andrew,
While a like-for-like feature set is not yet in place, your requirement should not be an impossible task. First, to answer your question, we have been told that the granularity feature is planned to go to beta by next week's release cycle (Nov. 30). I have asked for further confirmation and will update this thread once we get word. I will also check if the beta will be open to the public, and if it is I can endorse you as a participant if you want to.
As for the workaround, Anton gave a great answer and I want to second that. If you set the interval of the Queue Performance view to a frame of 1 day it should show the period broken down to 30-minute intervals when you do the export. From there, the view can move to other days (or other custom 24-hour intervals). There is extra effort to compile them altogether, but it should be possible. You can look into the option of running the export on a daily schedule so you immediately have a copy of the daily report on-hand.
Aggregating across queues is also possible. You can select multiple queues either via searching for queues in the filter tab or manually when you first open the Queue Performance view. Once you have selected all your queues, the
View as group option should appear. Now when you export, you can have the report show individual queue metrics under the aggregate by checking the
Split Filters option under
Show Advanced Options in the export menu.
Shoutout to Anton for taking a stab at it! You were right on the money. Thank you!

Subject: Depreciation of canned report
We are now in a situation where the Queue metrics interval export report has been deprecated , but its features have not been added to Queue Performance Summary. This has been confirmed by Genesys support. It is not currently possible to create an interval report for more than one day or and more than one queue.
This is a very poor situation and i causing us real problems as supervisors can no longer create these reports. Why have you deprecated a report that cannot be created under views? Without this information we cannot see any trends throughout the day.
Please do not ask me to vote for an idea as the feature was already there!
What are you going to do about this and when will it be done?

We are working on adding a granularity selector on the Queue Performance Detail view and other interval exports when scheduling export; you can then go to Queue Performance Summary, select your queues, "View as Group", and then for your export, "Split Filters" and use the granularity option (coming soon!) to replace the Queue Metrics Interval Export.
Thanks,

Hi, will you be building a replacement for Metrics Report>Queue Metrics Interval Export report? You cannot create a half hour interval report for multiple queues over a week it just creates a summary report

We're actively building a replacement of the User Status Detail Report in the Workspace to provide parity; we're doing the same with the Dialer Campaign Success reports and the Agent Login-Logout report.

Is the User Status Detail Report information not available in the Historical Adherence View ? Which isn't under workspace but directly under performance.

Hi, I've just seen that the User Status Detail Report will be remove from Purecloud.
I look into the performance vues but was unable to get the same infos.
Is someone know how to get the same report with the list of all status and substatus with the starting and ending time?
Thanks
