    Release announcement: WEM now supports up to 2,000 route paths per business unit , a major boost for teams managing large or complex routing models.

    Availability is targeted for December 9th, 2025.

    What's changing

    The configurable route path limit per business unit can be raised to 2,000 (previously 1,000).This change is aimed at customers with large or complex routing footprints who need more planning groups, queues, and agents.

    Why this matters

    • Greater scale: Supports larger, more sophisticated planning-group structures.
    • Minimal impact for users: The UI reads the updated limits dynamically, so there are no UI updates required for end users.

    • Capacity: Up to 2,000 route paths per business unit.
    • Validation & errors: Improved validation and clearer error messaging help prevent configuration issues and make troubleshooting easier.
    • Enterprise focus: Intended for organizations with large or complex routing footprints

    How to enable

    The increased limit is not enabled by default. To request the higher limit, please create a request in the Genesys Care Portal. Our support team will review your requirements and help enable the limit for your organization.
