Hi everyone,
I'm designing my first bot. I've got my chat flow which links to a bot to take some information. On part of my flow, I need to take the name of the manager for the customer. What is the best way to do this? I've been told not to use a slot, because a slot would have to verify the information and I'd have to maintain an up to date list of everyone that is a line manager. I'm not sure if that's right or not. Are there other ways of doing it?
After this, the chat is going to be passed to an agent, so they can check the information provided.
It's my first time designing a bot flow, so apologies if this seems obvious!
