    Wondering if there is a archive for previous desktop applications. We recently rolled out the latest desktop app version 2.44.848 to our contact center agents. One of our users, out of 900, had issues with wrap-up codes not populating on nearly every call. When they did populate, she could click on it, but could not get to the done button. I watched her screen and no manner of window resizing would help. She is on a standard virtual desktop as everyone else and has all the same roles, permissions, and divisions assigned as her team members but she was the only one with an issue.

    When we rolled back her desktop version, to one from 4 months ago, her problems cleared up. I'd prefer to get her onto a more recent release but can't find anything but the latest version. Are older versions available somewhere?

    Hello Seean, 

    Previous versions of the desktop are not officially maintained or available for download. The only recommendation we can make is opening a case with product support with this issue. The can review the environment and escalate through the proper channels if necessary.

    Thanks Cam, that's what I was afraid of. If the same issues were plaguing more than a handful of people, let alone 1 person, I could see raising a case. I'll just have to get better at downloading them as they roll out.
