    This is an odd one. We have had some users whose desktop app looks like this no matter what they do when they resize it. Which they are living with for now, but when they click on any of the options that have open arrows, nothing happens. I tested it and I have the same problem.

    If I click on Directory, Performance, or Apps, nothing opens up. If I click Activity, Documents, or Admin, the page changes.

    I actually tested the browser version of Genesys and same thing.

    Has any one else seen or experienced this with the app or website?

    Hello Seean, 

    I am having the same behavior with the browser version of GC. My recommendation would be to open a support case. This could be because of the new UI or something that needs to be checked on the backend.

    Thanks Cam for at least confirming I'm not 100% crazy. Also knowing that it is a wider issue makes me feel better as I don't have to troubleshoot it lol
