    Is there any way to prevent the Genesys Cloud desktop client from changing the user's status when their workstation locks?

    Hi Bob,

    There is no setting to control this. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of how statuses are handled.

    I know you specifically mentioned the desktop client but the only way to prevent this that I'm aware of, would be to use the web client instead.
