Hello!
I am seeking for more information about the "joined" attribute in response from GET /api/v2/users/{userId}/queues API.
In the data for one of our customers we see agent's queue's data includes queues with "joined" attribute set to false.
There are no details on the "joined" attribute in documentation to explain under what circumstances this parameter is set or unset.
Can anyone shed more light on this, what settings in Genesys will allow agent to belong to a queue, but the "joined" indicator for the queue to be set to be false?
