I was going through a training and I came across "Dev Org/free trails license" 

Questions
Do we have one ?
Wat is the difference better Dev org vs other licensed org?

Interest
I am keen to understand if there are any benefits using/order that org for development and testing.

There is a minimum for the Dev ORG, but they give you like 5 GC3 licenses with it, so you can try everything.  I usually suggest Dev ORGs for companies that really like to keep dev separate from any production ORG or for those that need to do beta testing since that is applied at the ORG level and can have adverse effects at times.
