Hey Amber,
The first thing you'll want to do is ask the developer which APIs they want to query. You can find all the API documentation at https://developer.genesys.cloud/
Each one will have the scope/role needed to add to the OAuth - depending on their way of hitting these APIs they will need a particular OAuth type.

If we want to allow someone to have developer access - and create BI reports using APIs - is there a resource that lists out the permissions that should be added to the Developer role?
