    Hello,

    Is there a way to restrict a time limit for an assessment in Development and Feedback?

    Currently I only see the option to set Recommended time. But this time is not displayed when assessment is taken and is not restricting the user to complete the assessment with in the recommended time.

    Hello Sesha,

    I didn't find any documentation that indicates that the time limit can be restricted. If you want to make an enhancement request for Genesys Cloud, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab.

    To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

    1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
    2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
    3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

    You can also view and vote for existing ideas.

    Hey Sesha,

    Currently the recommended time is included for both informational purposes and to determine the default time when scheduling an assignment within the schedule. We have certainly discussed expanding this feature to offer a restricted mode that creates timed modules. We don't currently have it on the roadmap however. Do you have any particular thoughts in mind with how this feature would work best for your organisation?
