  • 1.  Dial pad not working

    We started the panel beta today.  We also found that the dial pad is not working in phone trees.  It makes the tone but the button is not recognized.

    we are trying to determine if this is related to the beta or not.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    Hello Daniel,

    I just tested on our org that is running the beta and DTMF isn't working there either so I guess it's an issue with the beta.

    Probably bring that up in the beta forum thread.
