  • 1.  Dial Plan and e164 numbers

    We are using Purecloud with on prem edges.  We are creating new dial plans for direct sip trunking between our on prem edges and our sbc's.  We are looking for a way to have Purecloud send us the + in front of the numbers being sent to the SBC.  We have tried to have disable the address Omit + prefix in the trunking and this did not assist.  Any ideas?

    The toggle should do exactly what you're needing.  Place an outbound call.  Go to the interactions panel - find your call and look at the pcap file.  If it doesn't have the plus sign, toggle the button the other way and try again.  Just a suggestion - not an expert

    Yea def not sending the plus To: "Everett WA" <sip:14253306695@172.23.161.240;user=phone>.  I am wondering if my dial plans can possibly be changing or over writing something...

    You are doing the Outcalling from Genesys Cloud and with + prefix ? if yes then 
    On Trunk under Identity section for Outbound  enable the toggle (Address Omit + Prefix) for Calling or Called whatever you want. It should retain the + and pass to SBC on Invite
