    I'm hoping this is an easy question but I cannot seem to find the answer. 

    I'm looking for a way to dial a string of digits, similar to a cell phone's 1 touch dialing. 

    The main goal is to program a button in our Script/screenpop to dial a phone number, then enter a string  characters.

    Not really.  Here is an idea you can vote on:  Add support for pauses and extensions in | Genesys Cloud Ideas Lab (aha.io)

    We have not really found a good way to send digits after the inital dial string.  Anyone else come up with a good idea for this?

    Not as a dial string, but in flows where I've needed to do a back and forth exchange of DTMFs, I've added DTMF recordings as User prompts, then done collect input with the audio being whatever string of DTMFs I need to send.

    I have done the same with Secure Flow and wave files of the DTMF tones, but how do you get Architect to play them after it does an external transfer?
