  • 1.  Dialing 2nd Number in Contact List

    Hi there, need some guidance, i have a Calling List that contains 2 x Contact numbers, when 1st number is dialed and answered, the Campaign still dials the 2nd number, any advise?

    Go to wrap-up code mapping and enable "Yes"  Right Party Contact for the code name you want

    Hi there, 
    thanks for response, forgot to mention this is an agentless campaign so no wrap-up codes.
    can i program one in Call Flow and then assign in mapping?

    One other suggestion - it may be worth checking out Rule Management. This allows you to mark a contact as uncallable based on the call analysis

    Hi all,
    thanks for response, actually resolved by using Data action in Call Flow to set record as not callable
    /api/v2/outbound/contactlists/${input.contactListId}/contacts/${input.contactId}
