Hello,
I have learned that we are not able to dial 911 from PureCloud, the way we currently have it set up. We have multiple locations all on one organization, so users in various parts of the country are not identified in their local 911 area. Some research shows it is possible to set up emergency numbers for users of PureCloud Voice, but we are not currently subscribing. Is there a way to accomplish this?
