Hello Guys Is there someone who also experiencing the same issue with me seems like i cant access the Dialog engine when i check the site link for Asia Pacific Tokyo https://apps.mypurecloud.jp/dialog-engine.
Please help i need to check and learn how to configure the chat bot.

There was a deprecation notice here https://help.mypurecloud.com/releasenote/february-22-2023/ a few weeks ago. If you want to continue to use bots, please use Dialog Engine Bot Flows that has replaced this https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-dialog-engine-bot-flows/. You need to activate it in appfoundry here https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud/listing/abb6859d-831d-45c6-bc63-53927d5d30cd

For voice bot, use Bot Flow https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-dialog-engine-bot-flows/ For digital bot, use Digital Bot Flow https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-digital-bot-flows/
