    Good morning,

    I'm testing Dialog Engine Bot Flows in flow, a doubt arose as to how I send the interaction to the queue after the client interacts with the Bot

    Do you have any examples?

    Use the Transfer to ACD action once the bot flow ends and returns to whatever flow invoked it.
