    Hi,
    We have implemented the web messenger and integrated with Dialogflow ES. We trying to use below custom playload to show hyperlink as title bubble but it is not working. Can anyone tried this and how it works?

    Hi Ganesh - the way you describe it seems like a subset of Rich Cards, which are now available as Beta: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-cards-in-bot-conversations/
    If you're interested to join Beta, please reach out.

    Both Cards and Rich Formatting are in progress, would expect availability in the summer timeframe if all goes well (subject to change).

    Hi @Angelo Cicchitto, I could see that the idea is completed and available for customer. Can you please show how to use this for hyperlink to show as Vanity URL instead of using entire hyperlink. ​

    Hi! We just released support for Markdown in our native Web Messenger, see this idea.
    The corresponding documentation can be found from our master About Web Messaging page or directly here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/markdown-syntax-for-rich-text-in-messenger/ (article includes all supported syntax on Web Messenger side). Note that Agent and Supervisor UIs do not support that syntax yet (it's planned for future release).

    Unless you explicitly requested access to the Beta, you cannot use the feature just yet.
