Hi everyone,
I'm trying to build a POC with dialogflow CX from genesys Web Messaging. The way to build on architect is really simple, and i can make it works easily....
... But only in surface. The chat start and Dialogflow CX is doing his job. But multi problem :
- Not sure how to give back the hand to Genesys, i see the response on DFCX side, but nothing on Genesys
- if i want to send a parameter like a id from DFCX-> GC how is it working
- And then i would like to send a Data Action request and give the answer back to DFCX, but no way to get the hand back to Genesys.
Is there anywhere like a sample or a how to ? because the documentation is really light, and can't make it works.
