Genesys Cloud - Main

We used to track audit events using v2.audits.entitytype.{id}.entityid.{id} to follow up the force user status changes but seems like the event has been silently discontinued as I cannot find any trace of info announcing this change.

This is an important audit information that we use for reporting purposes and are missing for a few months now.

Anyone has any visibility about this change? Why did Genesys stop this event without any announcement? or is there a different way to get it? When subscribing to the presence audit event we do not get the userId of the user who forced the status change.

I'm not aware of any changes that would have caused this, but I did find this idea in the Product Ideas Lab that you may want to vote and comment on.

that sounds a bit ironic and not customer friendly at all if a working feature gets dropped silently and now we have to vote for it to put back, when we were collecting the v2.audits.entitytype.{id}.entityid.{id} audit event and it was working until a few months ago. I am hoping someone from Genesys product management comments on this as it was working and now as I tested it today no events are generated anymore.  I may open a case with Genesys support to get a formal answer back as my customer is asking for restoring the feature and we can't find any trace of Genesys discontinuing this event.
