We just started with this platform. I create an Agent Performance report for one day, one agent, for mails only. Next I check the mail interactions for that one agent in another interactions tab. How can it be I get more "answered" mails in Agent Performance?
I know that in Agent Performance, it starts counting "answered" for the date when the mail comes in. But that same date is also appearing in interactions.
I'm trying to get a baseline figure to check the reliability of my API conversations exports.
