Is there a way to differentiate DTMF inputs from Speech when calling a Bot flow or when it returns to an inbound flow? Our customer is looking at being able to catch accidental DTMF inputs. For example, we might prompt for an address within a Bot but if they accidentally press 1 instead of saying 123 ACME Rd, we want to be able to handle those differently. Currently, the Bot treats DTMF inputs as a successful response.
