    Hi everyone,

    We are new to Genesys. I'm creating my first chat flow and want to create a widget. I've read the documentation here but cannot find "Create Widget" (see attached screenshot). Does anyone have recommendations on how to proceed?

    Really appreciate any help.

    Adding to what Lucie said...the permissions are given by default to the admin role. Otherwise you need to add them to your user through a custom role.
