Bot flows where added after that documentation was written, and probably needs to be updated.
Doesn't look like it is available in any bot flows digital or otherwise.
So you would need to do those checks before going to the bot and then pass in any variables as inputs if required.
Would certainly like that functionality to be added to bot flows, but will need to submit an idea. Also recommend you provide feedback on the actual documentation article to get them to update it.

However, I am building a digital bot flow and i do not see 'Evaluate Schedule Group' or 'Evaluate Schedule' as an option to use.
Can you please clarify? should a digital bot be able to evaluate a schedule group?
