Hello Team - Our customer is migrating from engage (Google Dialogflow) to Genesys cloud (Digital Chatbot). In their current environment, they present a url to the customer and once the user clicks the url, they are redirected to either a login page or a new page followed by a message back to the customer that they have been redirected to a new page with the information they were looking for.
We tried to implement the digital bot, but what we noticed is that there is no way to follow up after the customer clicks a link or have been redirected to login and after successful login redirected to the desired page should be presented with the follow-up message.
Is there a workaround, as this is one of the most important aspect of their design and requirement.
