If it helps you can still use Google Dialogflow in Genesys Cloud.
But currently, this is a limitation within our digital bots regarding follow up messages, specifically after URL redirects and login. I cannot think of a way to implement a follow-up message after a customer completes a login process.
I would recommend submitting and idea to our ideas portal about this for digital bots to help us improve on customers needs.

Hello Team - Our customer is migrating from engage (Google Dialogflow) to Genesys cloud (Digital Chatbot). In their current environment, they present a url to the customer and once the user clicks the url, they are redirected to either a login page or a new page followed by a message back to the customer that they have been redirected to a new page with the information they were looking for.
We tried to implement the digital bot, but what we noticed is that there is no way to follow up after the customer clicks a link or have been redirected to login and after successful login redirected to the desired page should be presented with the follow-up message.
Is there a workaround, as this is one of the most important aspect of their design and requirement.
