    Hi Community

I believe there was a way that you could "Activate" and "De-Activate" quick reply buttons on a Digital Menu within a Digital BOT? (tick boxes)

Resource pages say its still possible...  "Create buttons for the user to indicate what they want to do next. For example, book a hotel room, contact the hotel event center, or listen to dining hours. To activate a button, enable the check mark next to it"

However, in Architect, I cannot see any tick boxes next to the buttons as and when I create them?  Nor can I see any other way that I can activate and de-activate buttons?

Has the feature been removed or is this a bug?

    Hi Karl

Previously you could untick buttons however when Genesys changed the UI this is no longer possible (really annoying)

You have to delete the button from the menu. The options that were under that button in the flow will stay just be marked as unreachable. When you readd the button just drag the unreachable flow under the new button option.

Again no idea why they changed this and was definitely not user tested!

Attached a example vid I've done.

    Hope this helps
