    Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to assign a user a DID, and have it setup so when they are called via that DID phone number it goes directly to that user without any audio adding something extra. As it is, it currently says something to the effect of "please stay on the line while you are connected to ????? user." I don't want that bit of audio at all.

    Hi Nathan, that bit of audio is used for the one number fax feature.  To remove that, go into the Role that contains this permission (most likely the Communicate-User role), make a copy of it and call it something like Communicate-User (NO FAX) and  remove the permission for Conversation>One Number Fax>Receive  Then apply that role to the end user instead of the normal Communicate-User role and it should disable that message and the call will ring directly to the end user.
