Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to assign a user a DID, and have it setup so when they are called via that DID phone number it goes directly to that user without any audio adding something extra. As it is, it currently says something to the effect of "please stay on the line while you are connected to ????? user." I don't want that bit of audio at all.
